My name is Ahmed Mohamed, and I serve as one of the leaders at the East African Disability Organization. Recently, alongside esteemed colleagues Abdihsakur Hussein and Queen Kulan, I had the privilege of visiting Somalia to extend assistance to individuals with disabilities in the region. During our time there, we conducted awareness campaigns across various areas, notably in the Gulmudug Region.
Our efforts included engagements with key figures from both the Central Government and Gulmudug regional administrations. Additionally, we organized the distribution of essential food supplies to disadvantaged communities in the Galmudug region.
Our commitment to supporting disability communities in Galmudug remains steadfast, recognizing the ongoing needs that require our attention and assistance.
